Alhamdulillah. Netball Friendly Match among the CiHM-ers selamat diadakan despite hujan lebat awal paginya di rumah ku plang tuu.

At first, the CiHM-ers were lacked of players tpi after tepun punya tepun memanggil org tuk bermain akhirnya we managed to form two teams; The Read and Purple Teams.

The Red Team was on lead with 5-4 in the first round but Purple Team beat the Reds in the end with 11-9. Kaluuuuk! haha.

Pesanan dri pemain importnya...
1) Jgn berabut tym kan dptkan bola from d team mates
2) watch out for steppings...
3) there is still room of improvements for gripping the ball. (meaning nda terlapas bola tym menyambut bola atu... kalau terlapas kira "drop ball" dah tu.. some umpires are very strict particularly abt dis and hence ur opponent will get d ball for free tia..)
4) there are three ways to pass the ball; chest pass, bounce and overhead. Self explanatory sudah from the name..
5) When there is obstructions occur, player needs to stand by the side of the opponent.
